POLICY

We want you to be happy with your items purchased from Brigitte and Kiki, therefore if you aren't happy with your item it is eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of purchase. You will have up to 20 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website. Please contact us immediately at brigitteandkiki@outlook.com.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.  

We do not provide return labels at this time. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  

Canadian Customers

Packages can be returned to our headquarters in Edmonton, AB.  Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back will be the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 3-10 business days.

US + International Customers

Returns can be sent to our headquarters in Edmonton,AB. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back will be the responsibility of the customer. Note that packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees will be not be accepted or deducted from your refund. Once your return is received, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 3-10 business days.

Note that not all refunds are equal so please contact us before sending your order back.

 EXCHANGES

The easiest way to make an exchange is to return the item you do not want and place a new order for the correct item. This way, you don't have to wait for your returned item to be received before your new item is shipped out. Once your return is received, a refund or credit will be issued. 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

SHOES

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE

Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

REFUNDS

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

EXCEPTIONS

BEAUTY PRODUCTS

We will accept back beauty products within 14 days provided that they are unused and unopened.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
